David's experience as an IT customer forged his vision of the future business culture. David invested personal funds in an asteroid project. The project changed David's perspective of the importance of customer-directed development to the success of an IT project.

David's decades of IT experience spanning from individual contributor to corporate executive, provides the foundation of his knowledge of Service Oriented Business Architecture. David's experience includes:

+ Formulating and directing the realization of a software product strategy that served as the foundation of a software development company's successful IPO.

+ Co-founding a software development company and directing its growth to 25th on the Inc500 Fastest Growing Companies List.

+ Top-down architectures of IT solutions in the telecom, travel, health industries, State & Federal Government.

David Paul Taylor launched KT1 Design in 2009 to provide customers with quality IT architectural design services from idea to implementation. On behalf of the IT customer, KT1 Design provides IT with the foreknowledge necessary to ensure their projects deliver high quality capabilities as designed and specified on time and within budget.

David Paul Taylor envisions a business culture in which IT customers will utilize Service Oriented Business Architecture (SOBA) in  top-down approach to deliver new capabilities quickly while maintaining the alignment of  business operations and IT.
