As the customer's representative, KT1 Design provides planning services that produce a formal business case. The customer's business case may manifest in one of several types of documents: a program charter, a vision document, an Exhibit 300, or a concept of operations document to name a few. Regardless of the name, the artifact must define the value proposition of the project by accurately defining the:
+ Problem.
+ Solution objectives.
+ Budget. 
+ Schedule.

As the customer's representative, KT1 Design provides planning services that produce an Architectural Transition Plan (ATP). The ATP is the strategic roadmap to the implementation of the new architecture. The ATP strategy derives the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) from a gap analysis between the existing and future architectures. Customers use the ATP to prioritize deliverables. The project master schedule derives from the ATP. The ATP covers all five (5) Architectural Elements (AEs): Business, System, Technology, Organization and Deliverables.

KT1 Design planning services produce the Architectural Transition Plan (ATP) defining the transition from the existing architecture to the future architecture.
